A Baxter County inmate became tangled in the razor wire trying to break out of jail, according to sheriff.

BAXTER COUNTY, Ark. - -

An inmate is back behind bars in Baxter County, Arkansas, and in more trouble with the law  after he attempted to escape from the jail, according to the Baxter County Sheriff's Office.

Cody Wadkins tried to scale the chain-link fence in the recreation yard on Friday, the sheriff said.

Instead of breaking free, though, he became tangled in the razor wire fence and had to wait for guards to help him down.

Wadkins is jailed on several misdemeanors.
