Get ready for a tough workout that won't cost you a bundle. Here are four exercises for your Fit Friday.

On this Fit Friday, we're taking a look at low cost home workout that won't break the budget. KY3's Paul Adler found out more about the segment with David Poland of Extreme Fitness.

Here's what David wrote, "today's segment is using a product you probably have around your house, furniture sliders. If you don't have then they cost around $10 at your local store. Here are a few exercises that can be used with them (see the video for a demonstration).

Exercise 1: The push-up fly. This exercise is a great way to work your shoulders and chest.

Exercise 2: Plank with moving legs laterally. This exercise is great for the cite and the low abdomen.

Exercise 3: Slider mountain climber. This exercise is working each major leg muscle group. It's also great cause it's also very cardiovascular.

Exercise 4: Slider knee raise. The is working your lower abdomen and quads and hips.
